Get ready for spring sports! Now is the time to make sure all your paperwork and fees are in for the upcoming season. All athletes must present an athletic clearance card at the first practice to be able to participate. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CLEARANCE CARD TO GIVE TO THE COACH AT THE FIRST PRACTICE, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE.
To receive a clearance card, athletes must turn in the following to the athletic office:
1) Physical clearance form for grades 9 and 11, or alternate year permission card for grades 10 and 12;
2) RLHS Athletics Agreement;
3) Parent/Athlete Concussion Acknowledgement Form;
4) $100 athletic fee
All forms are found on the rack outside the Athletic Office and see below.
