Todd Hoover ’88 presents to Forensic Science class

Officer Todd Hoover ’88 spoke to the Forensic Science class this week. He is a criminalist with the Racine Police Department. He talked to us about the importance of forensic science in police investigations as well as his intensive training at the National Forensic Academy in Knoxville, Tenn. Thank you!
