in our community.
- Doubling the kitchen's size by removing two walls
- Updating electrical and plumbing for code compliance
- Replacing inefficient refrigerators and freezers with energy-efficient walk-in units
- Increasing preparation space for kitchen workers
- Streamlining serving lines and adding microwaves for student use
- Installing more storage cabinets plus a condiment center
- Adding eco-friendly lighting
