Step into your best future!

Step 1 - Meet and Greet

Parents and student meet with Academic Counselor to learn about RLHS. (Open House or individual tour). Enrollment Packet given - includes 2 reference forms and Shadow Day form.

Step 2 - Shadow Day

Student attends RLHS for the day. (Shadow Day release must be turned in.) Student completes a Getting to Know You - Crusader Questionnaire during the day. Teachers provide feedback.

Step 3 - Submission of Materials

Family submits completed Enrollment Packet materials including 2 reference forms, report cards from past 2 years, and $100 non-refundable enrollment deposit. Family may submit financial aid application after January 1. Student invited to submit scholarship applications.

Step 4 - Placement Testing

Student registers for next scheduled RLHS Placement Test session. Student sits for the test. Tests are graded by staff and evaluated by Academic Counselor.

Step 5 - Application Review

Application materials are reviewed by principal and others, as deemed appropriate.
Decision made to admit or deny.
Materials needed before review can take place:
Application, Health form, Records request, Church Membership form, Expectations form, 2 References, Report cards (2 prior years), Shadow Day feedback, Crusader Questionnaire, Placement Test results, IEPs, transcripts, standardized test scores and other appropriate school records.

Step 6 - Enrollment Completion

Contract issued. Contract, including grant acceptance and payment commitment, and $300 tuition deposit must be returned within 2 weeks of offer. Upon completion of paperwork, family will arrange a meeting with Academic Counselor to register for classes.

Step 7 - Celebrate!

Congratulations! You have taken all the right steps! You are a Crusader!
