Mission

Racine Lutheran High School’s mission is to guide our youth in faith, learning, character, and leadership by nurturing students’ relationship with Jesus Christ and educating them for a life of service to God and man.

Faith
  • Students prepare to live and share the Gospel through the study of God’s word in daily Theology classes.
  • Faculty nurture a personal relationship to Christ through daily prayer and devotion and weekly Chapel services.
  • Guidance counselors focus on the overall well-being of each student in our school.
Learning
  • Students engage in educational experiences that prepare them for their post-secondary adventures.
  • Faculty create learning opportunities and curriculum that expand each student’s intellect.
  • Students use skills-based learning and knowledge to think critically, act independently, and work collaboratively.
  • Coursework and co-curriculars foster the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, artistic, and physical development of our students during a critical time of growth.
Character
  • Students adhere to high standards of respect, treating others as they would like to be treated.
  • Faculty model and emphasize Christian qualities of respect, honesty, loyalty, responsibility, perseverance, and purity.
  • Co-curriculars teach the values of hard work, loyalty, teamwork, and dedication.
Leadership
  • Students pursue lifelong service to God and man.
  • Faculty are servant leaders, demonstrating Jesus’ love to the students.
  • Co-curriculars provide students with opportunities to exhibit leadership skills in the classroom and community.
  • Seniors join together in a formative leadership experience participating in the annual Senior Leadership Retreat.
