FROM THE PRINCIPAL’S OFFICE
NEW
Please assist us in student and traffic safety as you drop off and pick up your student:
- Please slow down in the school zone and watch for pedestrians.
- Proper drop-off and pick-up procedure is to either go to the back parking lot, or to pull to the curb on the east side of Luedtke, in front of the school, staying out of the bus lane.
- Do not stop in the middle of Luedtke Avenue to drop off/pick up your child. This causes a traffic jam, a chain reaction of multiple people stopping, and results in impatient drivers passing in the left lane causing dangerous conditions for incoming traffic and students crossing the street.
- Watch out for and be patient with students stopping to parallel park.
Please help keep our students safe and the school zone accident-free by following these procedures.

Volunteer Hours & Volunteer Sign-Up (UPDATED)
We are excited to announce another improvement with our new BOUND system! Beginning this school year, all family volunteer hours can be entered and managed through BOUND. We are moving away from JMC for volunteer management, making it easier than ever for families to sign up, record, and monitor their service hours.
What’s New?
- Record your volunteer hours after completing your service.
- Track your family’s volunteer hours throughout the school year at any time.
- Enjoy greater transparency by viewing your accumulated hours whenever you log in—a feature many families have requested.
Getting Started
To access volunteer opportunities and record your hours, simply create a BOUND account if you haven’t already (Follow the Instructions to Create your account as though you are registering your child for an activity). Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to link your account to your child at Racine Lutheran (Use Student ID to claim your child), and keep track of your family’s volunteer commitment all in one convenient location. To record and see your service hours. Click on the three dots on your child’s profile and click the view profile button. Then click the edit student button. From there, you will see a Service area in your child’s profile. Click on Service and record your hours.
We appreciate the time and support our families provide to Racine Lutheran Athletics. Your willingness to volunteer helps make our events and programs a success.
