The Racine Lutheran High School Theatre Program provides students with a dynamic and enriching opportunity to explore the world of performing arts. Through theatre, students cultivate creativity, build confidence, and develop essential life skills such as public speaking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
With a tradition of staging high-quality productions, our program offers a platform for students to express themselves through acting while also gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of theatre production. From lighting and sound design to stage management and choreography, students have the chance to engage in every facet of bringing a production to life.
At RLHS, we are committed to fostering a love for the dramatic arts in a supportive and faith-centered environment. Our theatre program strives to deliver the best in educational youth theatre, creating memorable experiences for both our students and our audiences.

Dark Road by Laura Lundgren Smith
When Greta, a young girl living in Nazi Germany, reads that the nearby women’s concentration camp is hiring guards, she sees it as a chance to find her place in the world and provide for her sister Lise. But soon she learns the reality of her duties, and so too does she learn how to justify her crimes, heading further and further down the dark road laid by the Third Reich. Kind-hearted Lise is shocked at what her sister becomes, and though the two drift apart, their fates remain inextricably and dangerously linked. A powerful drama about the choices that allow evil to become ordinary.
The Candidate by Brent Holland
Four people wake up in a room with no memory of who they are or how they got there—and no way out. As they’re put through a series of increasingly dangerous trials, they start to realize they’re actually part of a secret interview process.
